After 6 months of employment, full-time and part-time employees can receive up to 100% tuition cost for 9 credits per semester for a grade of B or better (or a PASS for pass/fail courses). Full-time employees: maximum $5,250 per calendar year; Part-time employees: maximum $2,625 per calendar year; Other stipulations: Must be job related, must complete trial employment period, must attain "meets standards" or above on job performance, no corrective actions more serious than written warning in previous 6 months, must repay when receiving a grade of D or worse.

Employees will be reimbursed 100% not to exceed $600 per course for a maximum amount of $1,800 per fiscal year after submitting required documentation. Tuition assistance shall be limited to budget funds for the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). If the number of applicants exceeds funds available, tuition assistance will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the date received. Upon completion of course(s), employees must remain employed by Winchester Public Schools for one year or repay 50% of the total reimbursement provided.
