In the current technology enhanced world, there’s an assumption that most everyone is comfortable with, and capable of online learning. While the ubiquity of digital communication, automated assistance, and constant connectivity supports this assumption, the reality is that many people around the world, from all walks of life, don’t have the skills required to effectively use digital resources and technologies for an academic purpose. Learning in a Digital Age (LiDA) is a credit-bearing course designed to improve digital literacies and learning literacies for higher education and to help learners gain more value from Open Educational Resources (OER).

    STEM Pathways are five certificate programs developed by the National STEM Consortium (NSC). NSC is a collaborative of ten colleges in nine states, funded by a U.S. Department of Labor grant to develop one-year, 30-credit certificate programs in five Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields: Composites Technology, Cyber Technology, Electric Vehicle Technology, Environmental Technology, and Mechatronics Technology.
