Applicable across many industries, employability competencies include the ability to connect industry knowledge to one’s personal efficacy in the workplace. ACT WorkKeys® is a job skills assessment system that helps employers select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performance workforce. Associate degree programs provide a coherent, shared experience for students to develop the core general education competencies expected of all college-educated individuals.
