Knowledge to Work is a free, work-based learning tool that assists adult learners, job seekers, and incumbent workers with skill development through competency-based education and helps connect them with service
organizations and employers with job roles in their area.
A free account allows adult learners to document competencies they already know and learn new ones using learning resources. Competencies are a combination of the knowledge, skills,
and abilities needed to perform a specific task within a job role. We've aligned nearly 25,969 learning resources to competencies in 136 different occupations, credentials,
apprenticeships, and more. This includes 12,451 free
resources the adult learner can use to master competencies and excel within their career, at no cost.
