Additional Features for Job Seekers and Employers

In addition to serving learners, is adding new features to serve job seekers and employers as well. The updated Knowledge to Work site helps learners obtain the skills they need, job seekers locate fulfilling careers, and employers connect with job candidates that have the skills they need. provides information on a variety of career pathways, competency frameworks listing the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to be successful in those career pathways, and over 10,000 free learning resources for learning those competencies. For learners, we offer personalized learning plans to help you keep track of your progress. For job seekers, we provide job searching tools to help you locate potential employers near you. For employers, we will be providing tools to help you connect with job candidates that have all the skills you're looking for. 

Additional features that will be added soon include allowing job seekers to create an ePortfolio of skills, information, and documents that demonstrate their employability as well as the ability to locate and connect with employers through the Knowledge to Work site. Employers will be able to create an employer profile and add job roles available at their organization with relevant competencies, allowing them to attract job seekers interested in the positions they hire for with the exact skills they need.
