Knowledge To Work Logo Whether you are just getting started down a career pathway, looking to change careers, or looking to advance in the field you're already working in, we have tools to help you that you won’t find anywhere else. The portal now provides: (1) information on a variety of career pathways; (2) competency frameworks that document the knowledge, skills, and abilities you will need to have in order to be successful in that career pathway; and (3) learning resources to help you learn and put those competencies to work, many resources are free.
  • For learners, we offer personalized learning plans to help you keep track of your progress.
  • For job seekers, we provide job search tools to help you locate potential employers near you.
  • For employers, we help you use competency frameworks to manage the talent pipeline and to connect with job candidates that have the knowledge and skills you're looking for.
  • For service organizations, we help you increase your outreach to additional learners and job seekers in your area. currently focuses on three pathways: (1) healthcare, including a special focus on health information management; (2) information technology, including administrative support technology and dynamic fields such as cybersecurity; and (3) manufacturing, including the need for skills in supervision.
